    DiSC®  Profile
    The DiSC is a workplace assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. It can help you and your team facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict.  It can also help you discover your leadership style and increase your self-knowledge on how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems.  The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand them-selves and to adapt their behaviors with others. This can be within a work team, a leadership position, or other relationships.

    Emotional Intelligence (360-degree) Multi-Rater Assessment
    The Genos® EI is a 360-degree multi-rater assessment tool used to identify and develop extraordinary people skills, as well as assess leadership capability and employee effectiveness. Dr. Orozco is an accredited Genos® EI (360-degree) provider. This is an excellent assessment tool to use with any coaching package.

    The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Assessment
    The Myers-Briggs instrument is one of the most widely used personality assessment tools in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others. Based on your individual responses, the Myers-Briggs instrument produces results to identify which of sixteen different personality type best describes you and how your type interacts with others. Most of our leadership development and team building coaching programs offer the Myers-Briggs in combination with the 360-degree multi-rater assessment tool.

    The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B®) Assessment
    The FIRO-B® can help people understand how their need for inclusion, control and affection can shape their interactions with others at work or in their personal life. Easy to administer and complete, the FIRO-B® assessment is ideal for one-on-one coaching, team building initiatives, communication workshops and leadership development programs.

    The California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™)
    The CPI is a personality test designed to evaluate interpersonal behavior and social interaction within individuals. The instrument contains items designed to forecast what a person will say or do under defined conditions, their approach to life, how they see themselves and how they compare to others on characteristics that are important at work and in everyday living. This is an excellent assessment tool to add to any leadership development program.
