Her role as an executive coach was to support a small group of Board Chairs in identifying and addressing a specific performance challenge, helping them define desired outcomes and measures of success within the context of their organization and their community. Sara is relatively new to NeighborWorks, having joined its Excellence in Governance Program as a Leadership Team Coach in 2015.

As a consultant, Sara is always willing to share her knowledge, insights, tools, and resources with others, especially in working with diverse client populations and organizations.  She is energized by a mission-driven orientation and wants to support organizations that make a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve. Her philosophy is to empower and inspire people to do their personal best and to hold them accountable for working towards their goals. She takes great personal satisfaction in making sense of difficult situations, developing shared solutions, and building a renewed sense of confidence in others.
